1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer and purchase goods from WNDSN online, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item of the order.
If the last day of the withdrawal period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day.
2. How to Start a Withdrawal or Return Request

#3. Return Shipping After Withdrawal
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. We ask that returned items be shipped back immediately after your request whenever possible. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day return period expires.

4. Condition of Returned Goods
You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical retail shop to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning. However, you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.
To process your return, we may ask for your order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Any shipping costs you incur in returning the goods to us are non-refundable, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
6. Refunds
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the affected goods, including the cost of standard outbound delivery.
If you selected a delivery method that is more expensive than our standard delivery option, we will refund only the amount of our standard delivery, not the additional cost of the upgraded shipping method.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
Please note that it may take additional processing time for your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

8. Exemptions from the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, or may expire early, in particular in the following cases where permitted by applicable law:
- downloadable software products
- digital editions of books, manuals, or other digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal
- custom-made or clearly personalized products
- any other goods or services excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law
If a product is excluded from the right of withdrawal, this will be indicated where appropriate on the product page, at checkout, or in the product description.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible through your customer account at https://account.wndsn.com or by email at info@wndsn.com.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy required by law.
10. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us first through your customer account or by email at info@wndsn.com before sending anything back.
11. Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item has been received and processed.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first and later gave it to you, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
